What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage accounts on the East Coast, including handling incoming and outgoing calls
- Acquire knowledge and proficiency in sales and marketing resources to effectively assist clients
- Resolve customer service issues to ensure client satisfaction
- Assist with on-site client orientation, conferences, and business events
- Perform administrative duties such as copying, filing, and mailings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of mandatory training programs
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales or marketing-related role
