What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage overall territory, achieving sales goals and account management for assigned product lines
- Develop and execute territory plans to increase revenue and secure new business
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technology adoption and maintain existing business
- Conduct sales presentations, product evaluations, and multidisciplinary hospital meetings
- Oversee product implementation from contract to go-live and provide ongoing support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in a complex environment, including at least 2 years in hospital sales
- Proven consultative, capital equipment, and clinical sales skills
- Strong analytical skills for targeting new business and identifying customer needs
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

- Experience in project management related to product implementation
- Background in working with clinical specialists and key opinion leaders
- Familiarity with industry conventions and trade shows
- Ability to provide customer insights for product enhancements
