What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain and expand relationships with strategic Medical Device Manufacturers (MDM) in the North America Healthcare Packaging market
- Inspire trust and build sustainable customer relationships to drive the opportunity pipeline
- Collaborate to assess and secure business at risk, negotiating contracts with clients
- Create detailed account plans and contact strategies to enhance cross-functional collaboration
- Support medical device and pharmaceutical companies in developing a pipeline of targeted opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry
- Competency in packaging science, nonwovens, films, coatings, and adhesives
- Familiarity with technical and regulatory requirements in healthcare packaging
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Advanced technical degree
- Technical sales experience in the healthcare sector
