      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide customer-facing field client service and collaborate with employer colleagues in overall account management
      - Assist in operationalizing healthcare provider requests and timely sample collection for employer tests in current client accounts
      - Leverage company tools and resources to problem-solve customer orders and reporting in collaboration with Client Services
      - Identify and develop working relationships with existing and new customers to align employer capabilities with client needs
      - Ensure team objectives are met while following all compliance and business conduct policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 0-3 years of customer service or sales experience
      - Previous experience in a diagnostic, medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical setting
      - Ability to engage in a consultative process to connect client needs with employer capabilities
      - Excellent customer service skills and outstanding strategic account planning skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
