      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive opportunities in current clients
      - Responsible for overall customer service and account management
      - Collaborate with sales positions to ensure successful attainment of company goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-3 years customer service/sales experience
      - Previous experience in pharma, diagnostic, medical device, or biotech setting preferred
      - Ability to engage in a consultative process
      - Comfortable communicating and presenting at the executive level
      - Knowledge of oncology, hematology, chemotherapeutics, and targeted agents ideal

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 0-2 years of experience in precision oncology
      - Experience with Salesforce.com
      - Strong administrative skills
      - Ability to work effectively with minimal direction
      - Problem-solving and decision-making skills
