What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive opportunities and manage relationships with current clients
- Ensure timely sample acquisition and streamline customer service processes
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve company goals and objectives
- Analyze commercial environments within assigned accounts to identify trends
- Represent the employer's culture and values in all external and internal interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-3 years of customer service/sales experience with a proven track record
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, diagnostic, medical device, or biotech setting
- Excellent negotiation, customer service, and strategic sales planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel frequently (over 50%) throughout the territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of oncology, hematology, chemotherapeutics, and targeted agents
- Experience communicating and presenting at the executive level
- Strong administrative skills to manage business in complex environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com for effective account management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
