- Own all commercial outcomes within the existing customer base, including renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and multi-product expansion.
- Deliver quota targets through structured expansion plays including whitespace mapping, discovery, and multi-product attach strategy.
- Establish renewal forecasting rigor, commercial predictability, and a consistent engagement cadence.
- Strengthen executive relationships with key customer stakeholders and serve as escalation point for commercial risk.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success to align customer outcomes to commercial expansion motions
- Expansion ARR (upsell & cross-sell)
- Multi-product attach rate
- Forecast accuracy and pipeline discipline
- Executive relationship depth and engagement coverage
- 10+ years of progressive Account Management or commercial leadership experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of owning quota and expanding accounts through structured expansion frameworks.
- Deep experience navigating enterprise deals, multi-product selling, and complex negotiations.
- Experience working closely with CS, Product and Inside Sales teams.
- Thrives in PE-backed, metrics-driven, execution-focused environments.
- Regular travel required (20-30%)

The Position
As an Account Manager at Rightsline, you will lead the charge in driving revenue expansion and long-term customer loyalty and retention. You will be responsible for leading expansion strategies—including upsells, cross-sells, and migrations—ensuring high retention rates and driving exceptional Net Revenue Retention (NRR) performance across our global customer base.
