      Our Account Management team has a unique mission to help make government contractors more successful in their pursuits.


      You will be responsible for building relationships with potential clients, helping them with onboarding and training, and keeping them engaged so that they can best leverage GovDash to win more contracts.

      In this role, you'll:

      • Become a product expert across our entire platform and understand how GovDash can be used to run workflows across capture, proposal development and contract management.

      • Work with account executives to onboard new clients.

      • Train clients during their pilots so that they are successful, resulting in conversion.

      • Run general training sessions with the client base.

      • Share feedback from customer calls with product and engineering teams.

      • Maintain and update accurate records in CRM.

      You might thrive in this role if you have:

      • 2+ years of proposal development or capture experience.

      • Experience running demos of software products.

      • Experience training others on proposal workflows.

      • An understanding of government contracting, today's AI landscape, our products, and the problems they solve for our customers.

      • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously.

      • Have fantastic communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple way.

      • Exceptional organizational skills.

      • The ability to operate with high horsepower, be adept at frequent context switching and working on multiple customer accounts at once, and ruthless prioritization.
