      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive revenue growth by achieving or exceeding sales and gross profit targets through disciplined territory management
      - Manage a portfolio of contractors, engineers, and integrators, assessing customer needs to deliver measurable outcomes
      - Proactively identify and cultivate new customer relationships to build a robust sales pipeline
      - Present the full suite of products and services, demonstrating ROI and performance benefits tailored to customer requirements
      - Collaborate with consulting engineers to influence design specifications and increase participation in competitive bids

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of successful sales experience in HVAC, building automation, or related technical industries
      - Proven ability to manage sales territory and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
      - Strong knowledge of commercial contractor channels, MEP systems, and specification-based sales processes
      - Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and standard business tools (Microsoft Office, ERP systems)
      - Clear and confident communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical understanding of BAS products, low-voltage controls, or smart building technologies
      - Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field
      - Experience collaborating with consulting engineers to influence system design and specifications
