WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

An Accounts Payable Coordinator who will be responsible for accurately entering invoices and expenses into SAP, reviewing and reconciling expense reports, assisting the accounts payable team with all other administrative tasks. This position is NYC based in our Head Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Tracking all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices and statements
• Reconciling processed payments through verification of entries and other supporting documents to balances
• Maintaining the accuracy of historical data and records
• Verifying expense reports and other T&E related expenses
• Correspondence with all creditors and vendors regarding payment schedules, outstanding credits and other finance-related inquiries
• Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative office responsibilities
• Assist Accounting leads with the month-end closing process

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or equivalent work/internship experience
• Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
• Ability to work individually and in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• The willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

This position is an hourly role with a range of $27-$30 .
