Starting pay $16/HR Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm (*hybrid, in office two days a week) ****MUST BE LOCATED IN THE JACKSONVILLE, FL AREA**** ***Apply in minutes from your mobile phone!*** Responsibilities Job duties: Out bound communication regarding renewals, collections, and reconciliation of accounts To include but not limited to phone calls, emails, and mailing documents Constant communication with branches regarding past due accounts Placement of accounts on hold and removing hold when paid Reporting to collection agency and bad debiting of accounts Accounts receivable deposits Communicating declined payments Handle special billing accounts Taking customer calls and responding to emails Submitting invoices to customers via mail and email Maintains and updates customer accounts with correct billing address, etc What we expect from you: THE McCall WAY Serves as a McCall Service Ambassador, always focusing on the highest level of professionalism and image standards.
