What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, building strong, collaborative relationships
- Develop and execute account plans tailored to customer needs, including products, colors, and services
- Maintain organized communication with customers and document interactions in SalesForce (SFDC)
- Identify and address customer issues promptly, suggesting process improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Support regional team goals related to revenue, profitability, and customer retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Refinish industry
- Strong knowledge of collision repair, commercial transportation, and distribution fundamentals
- Ability to quickly identify and respond to customer needs and resolve issues collaboratively
- Must be self-disciplined and capable of working effectively in unstructured environments
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time

- Experience with Axalta's core product lines and repair shop fundamentals
- Strong team player who actively supports territory activities and customer needs
- Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
