      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote products to meet and exceed sales goals within community practices and health systems
      - Identify customer needs and address them using appropriate resources from the employer
      - Provide education and clinical training for healthcare professionals, including residents and fellows
      - Deliver expert anatomical and procedural information to enhance product understanding and usage
      - Collaborate with other Account Specialists to execute training and promotional activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; equivalent industry experience required
      - Minimum of five (5) years of technical experience, with at least three (3) years in sales preferred
      - Ability to lift/pull 25-100 lb. training models and meet hospital credentialing/vaccination requirements
      - Valid driver's license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test
      - Documented history of strong sales performance in a clinical or technical sales role

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products in health systems and private practice
      - Ability to manage complex sales and quickly learn procedural, technical, clinical, and anatomical information
      - Strong communication and presentation skills to train diverse audiences
      - Experience in a consultative sales role with multiple decision-makers
