      We are seeking an Account Specialist to join our team in Shenzhen. This is an excellent opportunity to work on incoPat product. Our team is responsible for incoPat products’ sales with clients. We have a strong skill set in sales and clients facing and would love to speak with you if you have experience in Saas software sales.

      About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

      • You should have B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent qualification or an equivalent combination of education and experience, sscience and engineering background is preferred
      • 3 years of relevant experience in project management
      • Can explore customer business needs, pay attention to and actively improve customer experience, and actively cultivate and develop new customers
      • SaaS product sales experience is preferred

      It would be great if you are . . .

      • Experience in intellectual property industry is preferred
      • Sales experience in developing and signing major accounts
      • Master degree or above

      What will you be doing in this role?

      • The company mainly sells global patent database software services and innovative solutions for enterprises, governments, institutions and universities
      • Understanding of intellectual property related needs
      • Able to independently develop customers, timely identify sales opportunities, promote customer signing and cooperation, and achieve business targets
      • Able to effectively manage customers, continue to follow up the product use of cooperative customers, regular follow-up visits, improve user service experience, and ensure that customers continue to renew
      • Have a good learning ability, can quickly grasp the product and service-related knowledge
      • Good communication and coordination skills, excellent language organization and on-site presentation skills

      About the Team

      This team is responsible for the sales of incoPat products in the southern region, including incoPat\API interface \ raw data. The team size is 9 people, working closely with pre-sales and after-sales, data, product and other teams internally, developing new customers and serving old customers externally, to improve regional performance and customer satisfaction.

      Hours of Work

      This is a full-time position, primarily working core business hours in your time zone, with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
