      Job Title : Account Specialist

      Salary : £29,420- £36,780 (deoending on experience)

      Location : Larne

      There is a requirement of 5 days in the office a week .

      What Do We Do

      E&T has a broad portfolio of products and services - which include engines, generator sets, industrial gas turbines and locomotives, along with other related equipment depending on the industry and application. We deliver these products and services to Cat machine, oil & gas, power generation, transportation and industrial customers. E&T also has the Electrification + Advanced Power Solutions Division, focused on delivering advanced electrified powertrain, zero-emissions products/technologies, and the solutions and services associated with these technologies. Another key component to the E&T portfolio is our Remanufacturing Division, which provides great economical and sustainability benefits to customers.

      Job Descriptio n :

      An Account Specialist position has arisen within the Order Fulfilment Department . The Order Fulfilment team is responsible for the management of prime product orders for Caterpillar dealers within Africa and Middle East Region , from order entry through to shipment and delivery.

      Based in Larne , Northern Ireland, the Account Specialist will manage Caterpillar prime product orders and related attachments received from assigned dealers on behalf of the Electric Power, Marine, Industrial and Oil & Gas business units within Energy and Transportation.

      What you will do :

      Support EAME Dealers for the Energy & Transportation sector with the following tasks :

      • Analyze and process commercial orders

      • Perform multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

      • Possess understanding or knowledge of various terms and procedures related to prime product export documentation and invoicing

      • Monitor and coordinate logistics transportation processes end-to-end (from source facility to destination point)

      • Provide training to dealers

      • Prepare reports and implement controls

      • Ensure timely delivery of products according to set deadlines, maintaining effective communication and satisfactory service levels with dealers

      Skills :

      Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.

      Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

      Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit , receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

      Negotiating: Knowledge of successful negotiation concepts and techniques; ability to negotiate successfully across the organization and with external vendors and clients in a constructive and collaborative manner.

      Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

      Basic requirements :

      • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Engineering, Marketing, International Studies, or related field; equivalent experience also accepted (e.g., Order Processing, Export Documentation, Logistics, International Shipping, Forwarding , Letters of Credit, International Trade, Customer Service)

      Top candidates may also have :

      • Proficiency in French or Spanish

      • Strong Microsoft Office skills

      • Experience with SAP ordering systems

      • Familiarity with Power BI or other analytics tools

      Additional Information:

      - This position requires up to 5 % travel.
