  An exciting opportunity to join the Finance team in a large professional services organisation, working closely with a wide range of business and IT stakeholders, operational team members both on and offshore.

  What will your typical day look like?

  In this role you will collaborate with business stakeholders, as well as local and global project team members to understand, analyse, communicate, and validate the requirements for changes to business systems, processes, and reporting. Preparation of test scripts, cases, and the conducting of testing. Documentation of business support processes. You will be involved in enhancements to FP&A including upgrading of current systems and processes and reporting.

  You will bring to the role your own perspective and experience in an Accounting or Finance partnering role to this position, in order to improve our overall operation.

  About the team

  Our team uses our understanding of the business and best accounting practices in evaluating changes to our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that transforms the value-add nature of our reporting.

  Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

  You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:

  • 3-5 years in a FP&A, Business Partnering role or similar role
  • Relevant professional accreditation (CA/CPA – near completion)
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen, and the provision of value-add insight
  • Initiative, flexibility, and innovative thinking
  • The ability to work both independently and as an effective team member within a complex and fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail to be able to provide timely and accurate information
  • Ability to escalate issues and provide recommended solutions to Manager
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous SAP, Cognos TM1, Tableau, Power BI and advanced Excel proficiency will be highly regarded
