Job Description
- Req#: 178662
- Assist in month-end and quarter-end accounting close process.
- Support data entry procedures.
- Assist in reconciling bank statements/vendor statements and reporting the variances.
- Review and validate customer/vendor audit confirmation letters and obtain authorized signatures.
- Carry out reporting activities and analysis as instructed by superior.
- File and maintain proper accounting records and supporting documents.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting Manager.
- Currently pursuing a Degree / Diploma in Accounting, Economics, Finance or relevant field
- Willingness to learn on the job
- Good communication skills in English – both oral and written
- Good organizational and coordination skills and attention to detail
- Able to prioritize and adhere to deadlines
- Able to work in a team-oriented environment
- Good computer skills
Job Responsibilities
Provide accounting transaction processing support in accordance with established processes, work procedures, SOX requirements and local company legal and statutory requirements.
