- Prepare, review and enter invoice related data into database/software
- Access online portals to retrieve bulk data and communicate with vendors through phone, chat, and/or email.
- Investigate and resolve missing invoices, billing address changes, and delivery methods.
- Assist in project based reports and tasks
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
- Analyze data for proper allocation, and accuracy of data details and clearing all errors and or notes.
- Perform cost allocations based on experience
- Accounts Payable support
- Maintain Excel documents as needed by properly following procedure documents
- May scan and file documents
- Maintain entry of invoices in accordance with the provided timeline to ensure invoices are processed in time for payment.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential
- Contribute to team effort by achieving results.
- Data entry, accounts payable/receivables, creating and maintaining spreadsheets.
- Clerical experience
- Invoice recognition and vendor communication
- Ability to clearly communicate with vendors by effectively utilizing written and verbal skills.

Experience Preferred:
Education Preferred
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent training and experience. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar field is desired.
