Unispace is seeking a talented and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our growing organization.       Responsibilities:

      • Managing the full cycle of accounts payable
      • Serving as the primary contact for AP matters, overseeing the accounts payable inbox
      • Promptly responding to vendor inquiries and resolving AP issues
      • Accurately entering corporate invoices and coding them to various jobs/phases, GL accounts, and assigning approvers
      • Processing a high volume of employee expense reports on a weekly basis
      • Performing bank reconciliations as required
      • Providing coverage when team members are absent
      • Participating in ad-hoc projects as requested
      • How We'll Measure Success:
      • Your success in this role will be determined by your ability to complete all transactions and tasks accurately and on time. Additionally, your collaborative approach and support to the APAC team will be essential in measuring your effectiveness.

      Your experience:

      • 3-5 years of full cycle accounts payable experience
      • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
      • Experience working with projects, departments, or cost centers (highly desirable)
      • Excellent time management skills
      • Ability to work collaboratively with co-workers
      • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables
      • Experience working with project accounting or ERP software
      • Knowledge of Vista/Viewpoint software (a plus)
      • Experience working with multiple entities and companies (a plus)
      • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Proactive, fast learner, and eager to take on new challenges
      • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
      • Hard-working team player who is willing to contribute beyond their day-to-day responsibilities
