      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement-related inquiries and issues
      - Provide first-level support for users seeking assistance with purchasing systems and processes
      - Assist departments in creating and managing requisitions within procurement software
      - Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to purchase orders and requisitions
      - Maintain accurate records of transactions, issues, and customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an office environment
      - Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency with procurement software (e.g., PeopleSoft 9.2, Ivanti ticketing system) and Microsoft Office Suite
      - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
