      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain actuarial models for pricing, valuation, and financial projections of pet insurance products
      - Analyze complex data to identify trends, assess risk, and support strategic decisions
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new products and ensure competitive pricing
      - Prepare actionable insights and recommendations for leadership to drive business growth
      - Contribute to a culture of collaboration and innovation through peer reviews and knowledge sharing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
      - Progress towards ASA or ACAS designation, with completion of 1-3 exam requirements
      - 0-2 years of actuarial experience, ideally in insurance or financial services
      - Strong technical skills in actuarial software, Microsoft Office (including VBA), and programming languages like R, Python, or SQL
      - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Internship, associate rotation, or tutoring experience in a relevant field
      - Basic understanding of analytical software (such as Tableau) and programming languages
      - Demonstrated leadership skills and competencies
