      Admin Coordinator for Office Management

      At Adient we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees which involves being able to work remotely on this role 1x / every two weeks preferably on Friday.

      What will your responsibilities be?

      • Managing access for employees and visitors to the building and parking area including issuing and collecting badges
      • Managing mail room with incoming and outgoing mails and packages
      • Acting as Mobile Device and Services Coordinator for entire location
      • Support with employee communication, execution and administration of activities for Facility and HSE areas
      • Purchasing of office supplies and equipment as well as maintaining appropriate stock levels
      • Supporting employees with Travel and Expense administration
      • Covering reception activities including active duties like caring of visitors and phone calls
      • Providing travel insurance general information and cards
      • Supporting CSR and employee gathering activities
      • Coordinating corporate events as needed
      • Pool cars and parking garage management

      Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

      • Ability to used appropriate communication style in various business and interpersonal interactions
      • Very good level of English verbal and written
      • Excellent organizational skills
      • Good in time management
      • Secondary school graduation or BC/Master degree

      • Base monthly salary starting from 1400 EUR gross. Our salary is fair and competitive and can be higher than the starting minimum in the advert
