What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Project Director, including calendar management and meeting preparation
- Maintain project calendars, deliverable trackers, and timelines in alignment with contract requirements
- Support fiscal coordination by processing invoices and tracking project-related expenses
- Draft and format communications on behalf of the Project Director and coordinate with internal teams
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team culture
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or higher preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, executive support, or project coordination roles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) and basic data tracking tools
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

- Experience supporting senior leaders, contracts, or public-sector projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Familiarity with fiscal documentation and compliance processes
