      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide executive support including calendar management, travel coordination, and handling confidential information
      - Prepare and proofread various documents such as reports, enforcement actions, and technical correspondence
      - Manage data entry and records in compliance with retention schedules
      - Ensure compliance with digital accessibility standards and assist staff with document formatting
      - Coordinate hiring processes, including scheduling interviews and managing onboarding paperwork

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four (4) years of experience in clerical, secretarial, bookkeeping, accounting, or general administrative office work
      - Education involving a major study in business administration, public administration, or a closely allied field
      - Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word and proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Pro, and SharePoint
      - Strong proofreading, formatting, grammar, and document-editing skills
      - Understanding of digital accessibility standards or willingness to be trained

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience in a government agency, environmental program, or regulated industry
      - Experience with SharePoint site ownership and content management
      - Experience coordinating hiring processes and onboarding procedures
      - Experience supporting executive-level staff or programs
