What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide administrative support to real estate agents and management
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings
- Maintain and organize filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media and property listings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
