      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate all learning activities, including managing the learning calendar and ensuring smooth execution of events
      - Reserve classroom space and manage local logistics for training sessions
      - Create sessions in Workday Learning and track registration
      - Manage inventory of training materials and communicate with managers and participants
      - Compile metrics and inputs for L&OE Data Book and manage internal chargebacks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong planning and organizing skills
      - Prior experience managing learning events
      - Strong skills using Microsoft Office applications
      - Education typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor)
      - Workday learning administration experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SharePoint administration
      - Familiarity with creating and managing Zoom sessions
      - Ability to run reports from Service Now and Workday
