      Duties & responsibilities:

      • General administrative filing
      • Answer and direct phone calls
      • Order office supplies and toner
      • Work on small project as needed
      • Write and distribute email and forms
      • Organize and schedule appointments
      • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
      • Travel arrangements for Senior Staff

      Qualifications:


      • Associate degree or higher preferred
      • 3+ years administrative experience is required
      • Experience in an engineering or architecture consulting firm is strongly preferred
      • Project administration and document controls or related experience is strongly preferred
      • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including MS Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel is required
      • Working knowledge of BST and Newforma are a plus
      • General accounting or bookkeeping experience is desired
      • All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171
