What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a variety of administrative duties including answering emails and phone calls.
- Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Create content to post on the company's social media channels.
- Prepare presentations according to the instructions given.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year of experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
- Have a wired, high-speed internet connection (Download speed of 20Mbps+).
