What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and process billing through Clio Manage, including time entries, invoices, and payments
- Coordinate billing details and updates with attorneys and clients
- Track billable hours and ensure accuracy across multiple matters
- Follow up on overdue invoices and client payments as needed
- Maintain organized records of client communications and billing histories
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience using Clio Manage for billing, timekeeping, or client management
- Prior experience working as a Virtual Assistant in a legal or professional services environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask across several clients
- Professional, reliable, and proactive work ethic
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting multiple attorneys or a law firm
- Knowledge of general legal billing procedures and terminology
- Background in customer service or a client-facing role
