- Identifying teaching needs and goals related to patient diagnosis from initial assessment
- Collaborating with the patient, family and the interdisciplinary team
- Communicating all pertinent information regarding status of patients to the attending physician and clinical management teams
- Valid State RN License required.
- BLS required at hire.
- BSN or enrollment in BSN program preferred
- Clinical experience preferred.
