      JOB PURPOSE
      The Admissions Recruiter for the Doctor of Chiropractic Program is responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding prospective students through the admissions process. This role focuses on building relationships with undergraduate institutions, pre-health advisors, and prospective students interested in pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree. The recruiter represents the institution at events, provides program information, and supports enrollment growth through strategic outreach and personalized communication.


      ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
      Student Recruitment & Outreach

      • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified applicants to the Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) program.
      • Build relationships with undergraduate institutions, particularly pre-health, kinesiology, biology, and exercise science programs.
      • Conduct on-campus and virtual presentations about the DC program, career pathways, and admissions requirements.
      • Represent the institution at college fairs, graduate school fairs, professional conferences, and recruitment events.
      • Travel to partner institutions and recruitment events as needed.

      Applicant Engagement

      • Serve as the primary contact for prospective DC students from inquiry through enrollment.
      • Conduct one-on-one advising sessions with prospective students to discuss program requirements, prerequisites, and career opportunities in chiropractic.
      • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
      • Maintain ongoing communication with prospective students to nurture interest and guide them through the application process.
      • Manage a designated recruitment territory, generating monthly 50+ prospective student inquiries, converting 40% to applications, achieving 80% acceptance yield, and 50% enrollment conversion through targeted outreach and relationship building with colleges and universities.

      Admissions Support

      • Assist applicants with application submission, documentation, and prerequisite verification.
      • Collaborate with the admissions team to review applicant pipelines and ensure timely follow-up.
      • Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
      • Support interview days, campus tours, and admitted student events.

      ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Relationship Development

      • Develop partnerships with pre-health advisors, faculty, and student organizations at feeder institutions.
      • Build relationships with chiropractic clinics, professional associations, and community partners to promote the profession.
      • Participate in professional networking events to increase program visibility.

      Data & Reporting

      • Monitor recruitment performance and enrollment trends.
      • Provide regular reports on recruitment activities, lead generation, and conversion rates.
      • Use data insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve outcomes.

      Qualifications

      REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor’s degree in higher education, communications, business, health sciences, or a related field.
      • 2+ years of experience in admissions, recruitment, sales, or student advising.
      • Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
      • Ability to travel frequently for recruitment events.
      • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

      PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

      • Experience recruiting for graduate or professional programs.
      • Familiarity with healthcare education or chiropractic programs.
      • Experience using CRM systems for lead management.
      • Knowledge of the chiropractic profession and healthcare career pathways.

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS

      • Nature of work requires an ability to operate standard business office equipment.
      • Requires ability to communicate and exchange information, collects, compiles, compares, and prepares work documents, set-up and maintain work files.
      • Must spend majority of time concentrating on CRT identifying and updating information and performing data entry input.
      • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs; retrieving and placing materials on high shelves and on floor-level shelves; standing, walking; carrying; grasping; hearing; seeing; sitting; kneeling; climbing; balancing; stooping; crouching and reaching.
