      The Adult Beverage team is seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Senior Analyst to support pricing operations and execution across 5,000+ stores. You will be central to maintaining and optimizing pricing tools, resolving pricing and item issues, and act as the primary point of contact for store and district leaders, distributors, suppliers, and vendors across all states where alcohol is sold.

      This is a hands-on role that blends pricing accuracy, operational rigor, cross-functional communication, and critical thinking. You will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, thinking beyond the immediate task to anticipate downstream impacts on stores, suppliers, margins, and the customer experience.

      Additional responsibilities will include:
      • Collect costing for alcohol leadership, maintain pricing documents, and adhere to margin goals in select states.
      • Maintain DSD zones, item authorization by state, white label frontline pricing, and promo pricing.
      • Maintain regular analysis reporting, provide ad hoc reporting, and format information for leadership.
      • Communicate with DSD suppliers to collect new item information, programming, and annual initiatives.
      • Create resources, reporting, and analysis to execute the alcohol category.
      • Organize and execute MyWork communication for alcohol communications.
      • Manage store closing, remodel, reset and new license process.
      • Create state level planners and upload to MyDocs.
      • Manage new item setup and by DC distributor ties. Navigate DC vs. DSD assortment needs.
      • Address store level help desk tickets, local distributor item issues, UPC changes, and DSD zone collapse.

      Required Qualifications:
      • 2+ years of full-time work experience in a retail and/or corporate environment using design methodologies, including user research, problem definition, prototype development, and iteration
      • Previous experience building and delivering leadership-facing presentations and materials
      • Previous experience analyzing market trends and successfully building reports and dashboards to communicate data trends and forecasts

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Ability to influence leaders to change thinking
      • Certified Professional Merchandiser (CPM) preferred

      Education:
      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

      Pay Range

      The typical pay range for this role is:

      $43,888.00 - $85,068.00

      This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
