      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including planning and executing the recruitment workflow
      - Conduct screening calls and in-depth interviews via phone, video, and in-person
      - Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and design job descriptions
      - Source candidates through diverse channels and maintain an active pool for future hiring
      - Continuously improve recruitment processes using data-driven insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of recruiting experience in a startup, tech, or SaaS organization, ideally focusing on Sales and Account Management
      - Proven track record of success owning the entire recruiting process
      - Experience sourcing and attracting talent while managing multiple requisitions
      - Ability to conduct various types of interviews and familiarity with HR databases or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
      - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills
