What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead discovery workshops to identify and address customer challenges
- Design and deliver customized demonstrations of AI-powered experiences
- Build and configure comprehensive demo flows showcasing automation and insights
- Advise customers on best practices for AI adoption, including privacy and governance
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI roadmap, assisting clients in scaling solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Presales, or UX-driven Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Ability to integrate AI into work processes and decision-making
- Strong understanding of workflow automation and ITSM/CSM/HRSD processes
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, or Conversational UX design
- Proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and App Engine Studio
