  Job Purpose	This role is to ensure smooth operation and high availability of Billing, E-invoicing ,Payments ,Collections, Self-Care, Case Management in CMP BSS operation ensuring timely and accurate processing of deliverables in these domains. This role needs to interact with multiple stakeholders e.g. respective Business Functions, Demand and solution Delivery team and drive partners to ensure production readiness & Operation acceptance tests for new production rollouts/deployments and ensure the post production support across all circles in India. Support and manage internal and externa audit and other statutory obligation as and when it occurs.
  Key Result Areas/Accountabilities	Manage E2E centralized CMP BSS Application operations for Billing, E-invoicing Payments ,Collections, Self-Care, Case Management Manage IT partners to ensure they deliver within agreed SLAs and KPIs and also implement proactive improvements as required. Implement quality checks/gates to ensure fast-response, high availability, disaster proof and high performing scalable production environment Establish strong and fail-proof production management processes, standards, quality benchmarks and operation acceptance criteria with key IT vendor like 6D Technologies Drive and manage key strategic service level initiatives in CMP BSS-Operation
  Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience	8+ years of IT experience, preferably in Telecom domain Strong knowledge of telecom (preferably IOT/M2M) domain, e2e business processes and IT mapping of the same across BSS and Enterprise landscape Ability to coordinate and manage effectively with multiple operations and cross functional teams Strong experience of operations processes, right from release calendar planning to production deployments and post-production incident management support Strong verbal, written communication skills along with good interpersonal skills and analysis skills
  Must have technical / professional qualifications	Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering / Management from renowned University Preferably certified in ITIL
