What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide credit analysis and portfolio support for agricultural and agribusiness clients
- Analyze financial information to support credit decisions and ensure compliance with bank policy
- Prepare financial spreads, cash flow analysis, and credit memorandums for loan requests
- Develop an understanding of agricultural production cycles and seasonal cash flow patterns
- Collaborate with relationship teams to address credit questions and conduct portfolio reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of two years of related experience for Credit Review Specialist 3
- One year of underwriting experience for Agricultural Credit Analyst 4
- Three years of underwriting experience for Agricultural Credit Analyst 5
- Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of agricultural lending and agribusiness operations
- Experience analyzing agricultural financial statements, including tax returns
- Familiarity with collateral structures common in agricultural lending
- Background or education in agriculture or agribusiness
- Proficiency with financial spreading tools and credit systems
