Job Description
- Req#: 279410
- Manage annual budget of milk quantities and requirements for district and area.
- Ensure milk composition/solids and loss/gain from farmers are per norm and Nestlé requirements.
- Ensure milk quality control as per norm and Nestlé manufacturing standards that ensure first time quality.
- Manage Chilling stations, control costs of the milk depots, milk districts and transport density.
- Develop milk district, emerging farmers and build relationships to ensure stable and long-term supply of milk to Nestlé.
- Contribute to SHE: zero lost time injuries through BBSHE and safety talks with Tanker drivers.
- Driving climate interventions on farms aligned with the Climate and Regenerative Agric Roadmaps.
- Degree / Diploma in Agriculture.
- 2 - 5 Years experience in the Dairy Industry.
- Knowledge of milk procurement and costing.
- Milk quality and composition.
- People management skills.
- Technical knowledge of milk production at farm level.
- Organizing and coordination skills.
- Carbon emission reduction & Manage Dairy Study groups.
