Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy and Discovery: Identifying use cases where AI adds value, conducting market research, and determining feasibility to ensure solutions are not just "hype".
Data & Model Management: Defining data requirements, ensuring data hygiene, managing model training cycles, and balancing accuracy with performance.
Product Development & Execution: Setting AI-specific metrics (e.g., precision, recall), managing backlogs, and leading agile rituals (sprint planning, daily stand-ups).
User Experience (UX) for AI: Designing interfaces that accommodate probabilistic outputs (e.g., showing confidence levels) and setting up feedback loops to improve model performance over time.
Ethics and Safety: Identifying risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, and building AI safety guardrails.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Translating business needs into technical requirements for engineers and data scientists, while communicating product value to stakeholders.
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
