      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform receptionist duties, including answering and directing incoming telephone calls
      - Accept and process deliveries of mail, Federal Express, and UPS
      - Prepare office inventories, maintain accurate files, and prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other records as required
      - Maintain training files and records, and schedule employee trainings
      - Ensure confidentiality while handling sensitive information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in data entry and administrative roles
      - Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English
      - Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis
      - Must possess a High School diploma or GED
