Job Description
- Req#: 50732
- Serve as the liaison between our agency and our organization for all Amazon product listings.
- Prepare accurate content for new product listings, including titles, descriptions. You will be manipulating data files before sending them to the agency.
- Manage product information updates and changes to ensure consistent and optimized listings.
- Develop engaging marketing materials specifically for our Amazon listings, such as infographics and A+ content.
- Stay updated on Amazon marketing trends and implement strategies to boost product visibility.
- Conduct thorough research on competitors in our product category on the Amazon marketplace.
- Analyze competitor pricing strategies and monitor Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) compliance. Identify opportunities to differentiate our products and gain a competitive edge.
- Experience managing product listings on online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, and/or Walmart preferred).
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, including product listing optimization, search engine algorithms, and fulfillment processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) on Amazon.
- Experience managing customer service for marketplace orders.

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Amazon Account Specialist to take ownership of our sales strategy across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our product listings on these platforms, from creation and optimization to account health and customer service.
