      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain requirement documents related to coverage, reimbursement, and system changes
      - Monitor updates to ensure alignment with regulatory baseline requirements
      - Lead coordinated development and management of requirement interpretation processes
      - Conduct analysis to identify root causes for compliance-related issues
      - Communicate requirement interpretations and changes to relevant teams and leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 1 year of Medical Billing and coding experience
      - Knowledge of policy and government legislative review
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficient in the Office Product Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
      - Previous success in a dynamic and autonomous work environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Project implementation experience
      - Knowledge and experience with federal regulatory policy resources, including CMS and the ACA
      - Medical Coding certification
