Job Description
- Req#: 39714
- Understanding of Securitization world and good knowledge of products like CDO, CLO, ABS, MBS etc.
- Understanding of legal deal documents like Prospectus, Indenture, Fee Letters etc.
- Cashflow Modelling/Reporting of Structured Finance Deals.
- Education requirement – MBA /CFA/ FRM.
- Good Analytical and Quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and understanding of SQL / VBA is good to have.
