      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Structure and review deals, including designing quotes and contracts for sales teams
      - Maintain team SLAs for timely changes and support policy compliance
      - Serve as the primary gatekeeper for non-standard terms, ensuring necessary stakeholder approvals
      - Identify friction points in the sales cycle and implement process optimizations
      - Train sales representatives on using Salesforce CPQ and contract management systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in deal desk or contract management within a SaaS or technology environment
      - Strong understanding of B2B commercial contracts and deal structures
      - Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), CPQ tools, and contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM)
      - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
      - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced SaaS company
      - Familiarity with revenue recognition standards and legal liability considerations
      - Strong ability to push back in challenging situations while maintaining professionalism
