      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, administer, and evaluate recruitment and selection processes to ensure compliance with City policies
      - Partner with departments to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies
      - Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to applicants and hiring departments
      - Conduct classification and compensation analysis, including desk audits and position studies
      - Prepare reports and presentations to support decision-making and strategic initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
      - Analyst II: Minimum of two (2) years of professional staff analytic or administrative experience in relevant fields
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in common business computer applications, including MS Office Suite
      - Exceptional communication and customer service skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in human resources generalist duties or recruitment processes
      - Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) such as PeopleSoft or NeoGov
      - Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations and policies
      - Proven ability to analyze and present data effectively
      - Experience in providing guidance on rules, policies, and procedures to candidates and staff
