Job Overview:
Franchise Contract Management is a crucial team within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization,
responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of all documentation required for franchisee transactions to relevant
franchisee parties. This requires working closely with assigned franchisees, buyers, and sellers on a transactional
basis through checking the admissibility of documents with the company legal team and troubleshooting process
breakdowns with GBS. Streamlines and improves processes as they find patterns in problems. Allocates work as a
team leader; may check on completion/quality.
The Analyst, Franchise Contract Management, reports to the Manager, Franchise Contract Management. In
addition, the position works with other functions within the organization including Global Business Services, IT,
Finance, Accounting, Development, and others.

In this role, Franchise Contract Management Analyst role, you will be a critical part in driving the day-to-day
operations within Order to Cash (O2C) and supporting our outsourced partners to achieve critical KPIs. You have
strong relationship building, communication, influencing skills, and will be working closely with the outsourcing
partner and Vendor partners in resolving escalated issues and complex disputes. You are detail oriented, and
process driven with the ability to identify process gaps and areas for improvement. This position provides the
opportunity to gain broad experience in financial reporting and operations.Responsibilities
• Responsible for on time delivery and accuracy of all documentation
• Responsible for checking on the admissibility of documents with the company legal team
• Responsible for troubleshooting process breakdowns with GBS and key stakeholders, including finance,
development, legal and IT
• Driving and participating in process team meetings with key stakeholders for streamlining and improving
processes as they find patterns in problems
• Responsible for creating reports and analysis along with managing franchise master data
• Responsible for obtaining information and documents from franchisees, buyers, sellers and brokers
• Responsible for streamlining and improving processes as they find patterns in problems
• Responsible for performing SOX compliance controls to keep the integrity of the processes
Essential Duties
• Works with franchisees and related parties to gather all required documentation for transactions
• Checks admissibility of documents with legal team
• Troubleshoots process breakdowns with GBS and key stakeholders
• Continuous understanding of franchise agreements, FDD’s, buyer and seller packages, franchisee
requirements, and GBS franchisee processes
• Coordination of Net Restaurant Growth & Store status reporting to senior leadershipQualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field
• Previous experience in working with and releasing franchise contracts is preferred
• Knowledge of franchise agreements, requirements, and franchisee processes is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Knowledge of programming languages like SQL, Oracle, and Python is an asset
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proven record in identifying process issues and scoping possible solutions
• Highly motivated and capable of bringing innovation, efficiency, and excellence to work every day
• Maintains a high level of integrity, professionalism, and strong attention to detail with the
ability to assume greater responsibility as needed
• Skilled in negotiation process and transactions; skilled in using analytical software
• Ability to present and express ideas and information clearly and concisely in a manner appropriate to the
audience, whether orally or in writing.
