Monarch Investment & Management Group is hiring talented Maintenance Technicians like YOU! We proudly own and manage The Club at Cherry Hills Apartments, a beautiful 348-unit property, and we're looking for a dependable, driven Maintenance Technician to join our crew!Pay: $18 – $21/hour

Quarterly Bonus – Up to $750
On-Call Bonus – $100 per week
Annual Reviews – Up to 5% Raise

Anniversary Gifts every year️ What You’ll Do:Complete maintenance work orders efficiently
Prep apartments for move-ins (make-ready) ️
Paint interiors/exteriors
Maintain & troubleshoot HVAC systems ❄️
Keep the property clean and well-maintained
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Keep the shop tidy & organized
Participate in on-call rotation for emergenciesWhat We’re Looking For:✔ High School Diploma or GED
✔ Valid Driver’s License
✔ Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM + On-call (1 week on, every 4 weeks)
✔ HVAC Certification ✅ Preferred
✔ EPA License ✅ Preferred
✔ Skilled in Drywall, Painting, Carpentry
✔ Basic Electrical Know-how ⚡✔ Basic Plumbing Know-how
✔ Problem Solver with Great People Skills ️
✔ Clear Communicator ✍️
