What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Code, test, debug, and implement moderately complex programs
- Design systems and programs to meet business needs
- Gather information from existing systems and assist in time estimates
- Develop test plans and ensure programs meet standards
- Remain updated on industry trends and new developments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field
- 3 or more years of programming or testing experience
- Experience with programming languages, operating systems, and software
- Understanding of RDBMS databases such as SQL Server and Oracle
- Good verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 to 4 years of experience in programming or testing
- Knowledge of modern software design and development methodologies
