      Job Description
      • Call existing clients to schedule annual review appointments
      • Utilize tools such as Monday.com (shared calendar) and Twilio (phone and text integration)
      • Send automated text confirmations for scheduled appointments
      • Accurately update and manage appointment details in the shared calendar
      • Ensure all bookings trigger proper confirmation workflows via Twilio
      • Maintain organized records of scheduled appointments and client interactions

      Skill Set
      • Experience in appointment scheduling, calendar management, or similar coordination roles • Tech-savvy, with experience or familiarity with tools such as Twilio and/or Monday.com • Clear and professional communication skills, especially over the phone • Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to suggest improvements • Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines
