- Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus
- Excellent written communication and typing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Comfortable using multiple systems and tools simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote workspace
- Experience with CRM or live chat platforms
- Ability to handle multiple chats concurrently
- Familiarity with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.)
