Job Description
- Req#: R10335
- Prepare first drafts of answers to legal questions
- Support commercial teams in their commercial proposals and RFP/ RFI responses’ processes
- Help to track open issues in the legal request list
- Creation of simple contracts (confidentiality agreements, letters of intent, amendments, supplements, etc.)
- Support the contract signature and filing process
- Produce post contract documentation like the “contract logs”, identifying the major concessions and support the risks follow-up, etc.
- Analytical skills, interpersonal skills, organisational skills
- Work efficiently in a team
- Understand business / technical issues which can have contractual/legal implications
- Provide legal explanations that are understandable to non-lawyers
- Good knowledge and strong interest for new technologies

Support the Airline, Airport and Rail Legal teams in Sophia-Antipolis and abroad, on various tasks including:
Requirements
Education
Masters Degree in Law (for example: Master 2 or Magistère in contract, business, IP, Data Privacy or international law, DJCE or LLM), and ideally knowledge in Common Law.
Experience
Relevant experience in business law in a law firm or in the legal department of an international company, ideally in the IT industry would be a plus.

Language
English (working language): excellent written and oral
Spanish: if possible
